Reddit: hide posts from chosen subreddits

Removes home-feed posts from the communities listed in the simple list you edit at the top of the script.

Code to copy

// Hide home-feed posts from subreddits you would rather not see
const HIDE = ['r/funny', 'r/aww', 'r/memes'];
function filterSubs() {
  document.querySelectorAll('shreddit-post').forEach(function (p) {
    if (p.dataset.jzSubChecked) { return; }
    const sub = (p.getAttribute('subreddit-prefixed-name') || '').toLowerCase();
    if (HIDE.some(function (s) { return s.toLowerCase() === sub; })) {
      const card = p.closest('article') || p;
      card.style.display = 'none';
    }
    p.dataset.jzSubChecked = '1';
  });
}
filterSubs();
const obs = new MutationObserver(filterSubs);
obs.observe(document.documentElement, { childList: true, subtree: true });
