Force referrer policy to "no-referrer"

Removes any existing referrer meta and adds one that never reveals the source page address.

Code to copy

(function () {
  document.querySelectorAll('meta[name="referrer"]').forEach(function (m) {
    m.parentNode.removeChild(m);
  });
  var meta = document.createElement('meta');
  meta.setAttribute('name', 'referrer');
  meta.setAttribute('content', 'no-referrer');
  (document.head || document.documentElement).appendChild(meta);
})();
