Mastodon: publish with Ctrl+Enter

Adds a Ctrl/Cmd+Enter shortcut that publishes the current draft without reaching for the mouse.

Code to copy

// Press Ctrl/Cmd+Enter inside the composer to publish
(function () {
  document.addEventListener('keydown', function (e) {
    if (!(e.ctrlKey || e.metaKey) || e.key !== 'Enter') { return; }
    var t = e.target;
    if (!t) { return; }
    var inCompose = t.closest && (t.closest('.compose-form') || t.closest('[role="dialog"] .compose-form'));
    if (!inCompose) { return; }
    var btn = inCompose.querySelector('.compose-form__publish .button, button.button-primary[type="submit"], button.button.compose-form__publish-button');
    if (btn) {
      e.preventDefault();
      btn.click();
    }
  });
})();
